Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.unitedroofingcfl.com/ (“Site”) as well as any roofing inspections, repairs, replacements, or related services (“Services”) provided by United Roofing of Central Florida, LLC (“United Roofing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting the Site or engaging our Services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept every provision below, do not use the Site and do not order Services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Site or hire our Services. By accessing the Site, submitting a request for an estimate, or signing a work agreement, you certify that you meet these requirements and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

United Roofing offers residential and commercial roofing inspections, repairs, replacements, emergency storm-damage services, gutter work, and related construction services throughout Central Florida. The exact scope, materials, and pricing for any project will be set forth in a separate written proposal or work agreement (“Work Order”). Those Work Orders are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and inspection reports provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are good-faith estimates based on visible conditions. Hidden damage, building-code upgrades, decking issues, or material price fluctuations may require a revised quote. We will notify you of any changes in writing for your approval before proceeding.

4. Scheduling & Site Access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your property, including access to driveways, electrical supply, and the interior attic when necessary. United Roofing is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, material shortages, or conditions outside our control. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly.

5. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit is due upon signing the Work Order unless otherwise specified.
  • Progress Payments: Additional draws may be required as milestones are reached; final payment is due upon substantial completion.
  • Forms of Payment: We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and approved financing programs (see Section 6).

6. Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lenders. All financing is subject to credit approval and separate loan agreements between you and the lender. United Roofing is not responsible for the lender’s credit decisions or loan terms.

7. Insurance Claims Assistance

As a courtesy, we assist homeowners with documentation for roof-related insurance claims. You remain solely responsible for communicating with your carrier and for any deductibles or items not covered by your policy. We are not public adjusters and cannot provide legal or claims-adjusting advice.

8. Warranties

  • Workmanship Warranty: United Roofing warrants its labor, terms will be listed in your Work Order. Limited warranty, Terms may be subject to change.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Roofing products are covered by manufacturers’ limited warranties, which vary by material. We will register eligible warranties on your behalf when possible.
  • Exclusions: Damage from misuse, neglect, foot traffic, acts of God (e.g., hurricanes, tornadoes), or alterations by others voids warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Roofing’s liability under these Terms and any Work Order is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount you paid to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim or (b) direct damages not to exceed USD $25,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or diminished property value.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Securing valuables inside and outside the structure.
  • Relocating vehicles, patio furniture, and fragile landscaping items.
  • Providing notices required by your homeowners’ association (HOA) or local authority.
  • Obtaining financing approvals and timely insurance claim documentation.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, graphics, branding, and code are the property of United Roofing or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your visit to the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites not owned or controlled by United Roofing. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.

14. SMS Terms And Conditions

14.3 Message Frequency
Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 1000 text messages daily across all users.

14.4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

14.5 Opt-In Method
Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from United Roofing CFL through intake forms on their website located at (https://www.unitedroofingcfl.com/), this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

14.6 Opt-out
Customer will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from United Roofing CFL by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in state or federal court.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
